Applying: Give us a call at (970) 631- 8902 or send an email to admission@lighthouseftc.org to schedule an on-site interview and tour of the house. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed. Applicants are asked to begin the admission process early enough to not rush the process. Our admission process can take several business days and consists of the following steps: 1. Submitting a completed application – this can be done on-site when you arrive for your interview 2. On-site Interview - Because much more insight is obtained in person, a face-to-face interview is required for applicants who reside within a one- hour drive. If extenuating circumstances prevent an on-site interview, Lighthouse may consider substituting a Zoom interview. 3. Tour of the House - Applicants will get a feel for the environment, the staff, and the culture of the program, so they can be sure that Lighthouse is a place they feel comfortable. This will alleviate some of the anxiety associated with moving to a new place. 4. Review of prescribed medications and Lighthouse Medication Policy 5. Reference check
