Applying: Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed. Applicants are asked to begin the admission process early enough to not rush the process. Our admission process can take several business days and consists of the following steps: 1. Submitting a completed application – Click below to access the application. 2. On-site Interview - Once you submit your application, call us at (970) 631- 8902 or email: admission@lighthouseftc.org to schedule an on- site interview. Because much more insight is obtained in person, a face-to-face interview is required for applicants who reside within a one- hour drive. If extenuating circumstances prevent an on-site interview, Lighthouse may consider substituting a Zoom interview. 3. Tour of the House - Applicants will get a feel for the environment, the staff, and the culture of the program, so they can be sure that Lighthouse is a place they feel comfortable.
